WHY DO WE HAVE ANXIETY & DEPRESSION ?

This is such a big ?

I see the same region as the most responsible that we are thinking about the problem only and only. We are not focusing on the solution.
        When this anxiety increases and takes its macabre form, then this Changes into depression. Because we are still thinking only and only about the problem and when we go into depression and when it takes its form So it has been seen that in most people, suicidal tendencies increase.



Then what is the result of this and how can it be avoided?

Now, we should be focus only on the solution instead of the problem. Now, focus on the solution rather than the problem. One thing needs to be understood that if there is a solution to a problem then there is nothing to worry about today, then tomorrow a solution will be found and if there is no solution then what will be the concern, if there is a solution then what will happen by worrying? But when we focus on the solution, there is hardly any such problem.

What to do when a solution is not coming from anywhere?

When you feel that you have put all your efforts in finding a solution and you still have not found your solution, now all you have to do is ask your subconscious mind to solve that problem. Let me tell you one way how to ask your subconscious mind to solve the problem, I have adopted this method personally and I have got very good results.

At night, when you are absolutely in a state of sleep, put a paper to sleep with you and give a instruction to your subconscious mind that my subconscious mind has this problem and I know that you have the answer, please do me till morning, Answer this.

After that you go to sleep and after waking up in the morning, first of all the thoughts which come to your mind or what you have seen in your dreams or you have visualized something, just write it on paper.

While writing on paper, you have not yet to relate to that problem, when you have completed writing, you will see that you have found a solution to your problem.

It may not be so at the beginning but as you continue to practice it, you will start getting solutions, this is my own personal experience.

Note:
Before this exercise, you should have full faith in your subconscious mind, and by trusting your subconscious mind, when you give instructions, then you will get a solution to your every problem.
